An animal health pharmaceutical company is looking for a Customer Service / Inside Sales Rep for its home office.
Job Requirements:

• Legally eligible to work in the US
• Possess reliable transportation
• Minimum of Associates Degree, preference given to science emphasis
• (ie. veterinary technician )
• BS Degree in Business or Scientific Field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer service or experience in a clinical setting is required
• Excellent telephone manner
• Basic computer skills (ie. Microsoft Office, Data Entry)
• Team player
• Occasional overnight travel is required for training, seminars, tradeshows and customer visits, generally two to four nights per trip, two to three times per year

Job Description:

  • Liaise with the distribution and production departments to ensure timely despatch of orders.
  • Must satisfactorily address product inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner

  • Contact existing customers on a quarterly basis to identify inactive accounts, assess requirements to reactivate these accounts
  • Document all contact information in the current customer management system

An animal health company is looking for a Director of Marketing for its Cattle segment.

The Marketing Director is responsible for overseeing the Marketing Plan and formulating and directing the overall marketing strategy for therapeutic areas/species segments, and aligning these strategies across the US Cattle Business.  The Marketing Director will determine key business objectives and strategies for delivery, ensuring short term revenue and expense targets are met and aggressive business growth plans are developed and executed.  The Marketing Director will align brand strategies to the overall portfolio of products.
